At Advanced Composites México, a subsidiary of the Mitsui Chemicals Group, we are reaffirming our commitment to growth and innovation with the opening of our new storage facility in the San Francisco de los Romo Industrial Park. This project is part of our expansion strategy and represents an investment of 250 million pesos.
The initiative includes the construction of four new industrial warehouses, as well as the addition of specialized machinery that will allow us to increase our production capacity to 9,000 tons per year of plastic composites for the automotive industry. With this, we are strengthening our position as a strategic supplier of high-performance TPO and polypropylene materials.
This new logistics center has been designed to optimize our operations and establish us as a national distribution hub, improving efficiency in serving our customers.
During the inauguration ceremony, we were joined by state officials, who highlighted the confidence that Advanced Composites continues to place in Aguascalientes as a key region for industrial development and foreign investment. This institutional support reinforces our commitment to continue contributing to the state’s economic growth.
With over 30 years of presence in Aguascalientes, at Advanced Composites we continue to advance our mission of generating value for the automotive industry. We currently supply major automakers such as Nissan, Honda, General Motors, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Ford, and this expansion will allow us to respond more nimbly to their needs.
Likewise, this project will contribute to job creation, the strengthening of the local industrial ecosystem, and the implementation of more efficient and sustainable processes in our operations.
