Everyone's Responsibility
Safety applies to all employees, contractors, visitors, and service providers. All personnel must comply with our safety regulations and induction requirements.

Monthly Training Sessions
Safety induction sessions run every Thursday of each month. All external personnel must complete induction before gaining facility access. Documentation must be submitted in advance.

External personnel
Safety Induction Training Program

In-person sessions held every month. All external personnel must complete the induction and have full documentation validated before gaining access to our facility.

Attendance Rules
In-person attendance is mandatory
Participation via cell phone will not be permitted. Remote participation will be considered only in specific, reviewed cases.
Camera must remain on at all times
Participants must be available to participate at any time and must keep their camera on throughout the orientation session.
No entry after 10 minutes
Entry to the conference room will not be permitted 10 minutes after the course begins.
Limited spots — register in advance
Attendees must have documentation validated (items 1–5 and 7) to reserve a spot and gain access to the course. There is a maximum capacity.

Required documents for induction

All documents must be submitted exclusively to MX.EHS@advcmp.com to validate information and generate an induction date. Attendance without validated documentation is not permitted.

REPSE Registration
Registration of Specialized Service Providers or Specialized Works (REPSE), valid for the entire duration of the contracted services, which must correspond to the contracted work or services.

IMSS Employer Registration
Employer registration with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). Required for the contracting company or employer.

Worker IMSS Documentation
For each worker, one of the following must be submitted:
  • Worker IMSS registration — if more than one month old, include the most recent employer contribution determination notice.
  • Employer proof — employer registration and most recent SUA payment proof.
  • Self-employed professional — copy of IMSS registration and current payment proof.
  • Without employees — ISSSTE enrollment or health insurance (for health/safety risk services only).
  • Retirees — current proof of active IMSS rights under a current employment relationship.

Letter of Responsibility
Company letter stating: general company info, names and positions of personnel, social security numbers, work to be performed, and an express declaration that the company assumes full responsibility for any accident or damage to ACPM property. Must designate a secondary person-in-charge. Must include certification that personnel are trained and qualified for their duties.

Safety Regulations (Signed)
The Internal Safety Regulations for External Personnel (QF-44.01) must be signed by the legal representative of the company or employer, including designation of a second person-in-charge in the event of the principal's absence.

DC-3 Certificates (by activity)
A DC-3 certificate signed by the trainer and a company representative, for each applicable high-risk activity. Must be in the worker's possession at all times. See the DC-3 activities section below for the complete list.
High-risk activities
DC-3 Certificate Required Activities

A DC-3 certificate is required for each of the following activities. The certificate must be signed by the trainer and a company representative, and must be in the worker's possession at all times.

If a contractor's worker does not have the DC-3 certificate for the aforementioned activities while performing the work, the activity will be halted immediately.


For high-risk or non-routine work, the contractor must also designate a safety officer with expertise in occupational safety and health, plus a DC-3 certification, who will report to the responsible ACP Mexicana user on any safety or environmental incident.


DC-3 certificates must be in the worker's possession at all times and accessible whenever requested by the Safety Department.

Submit the documentation to generate a course date, receive confirmation, and schedule the session. Please do so in advance to ensure not only receipt but also review in accordance with the requirements.

Strict compliance with all hygiene measures is mandatory. The person in charge of each group must ensure this. Questions about date availability, content, or other matters: contact the Safety Department directly.

Once documents are reviewed and approved, after completing the induction course, the designated Safety and Environment Manager will issue the personal access card to the contractor's representative, who will distribute it to their staff.
