The data we obtain through this means or via e-mail includes:
- Name, corporate name or trade name.
- Tax domicile.
- Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), including proof of tax status and compliance opinion regarding tax obligations.
- E-mail address.
- Phone number and mobile phone number.
- Payment information (bank accounts, interbank CLABE, SWIFT code, bank statement or letter from the bank).
- Employer registration number with the IMSS, including compliance opinion regarding social security obligations.
- Registration of Providers of Specialized Services (REPSE).
- For foreign suppliers, W9 form.
Personal data we collect from website users:
ACP-M will request personal identification information (name, address, phone number, e-mail, education background and business or personal resume). Once your request is received, a response will be provided within a period of no more than 20 business days. If the request is resolved as appropriate, the response will be effective within a maximum period of 15 business days.
In the event of exercising the rights of access or rectification, the obligation will be considered fulfilled when the personal data is made available to the holder (through electronic or digital means). In all other cases, you will be informed of the respective action by a response sent to your email.
