Safety Induction Training Program
- The approval of the complete documentation is mandatory to receive confirmation of induction. After 10 minutes of the induction, access to the room will be restricted.
*Card replacements and extemporaneous document revisions are subject to card replacements and extemporaneous document revisions are subject to the availability of the Safety Department. There may be occasions when a card replacement or document card replacement or document review may not be immediate. Are encouraged to submit everything in order and complete within the time. - It is essential to attend in person at the plant. It will not be allowed via cell phones. The probability of remote attendance will be verified but only in analyzed cases.
- The participant must be able to participate at any time and must have the camera on during the induction.
- After 10 minutes into the course, participants will not be allowed to enter the meeting room.

The information required is as follows:
- Employer’s registration with the IMSS, which may be the worker’s registration, and if the registration exceeds one month, the employer’s social security card must be available and the worker must be listed therein. The tax return must be the most recent within the month immediately following the month in which the employee joins Advanced Composites Mexicana. In case of being an employer, it is necessary to send proof of employer registration (also mentioned in the SUA payment). It is also necessary to send proof of payment.
- Responsive letter where the general data of the company, name of the people to work, position, social security number of each one, activity to be performed and stipulate that any accident or damage to property, the contractor/employer is fully responsible. Also draft the assignment of a second person in charge in case of absence of the principal.
- The attached document; Safety Regulations for External Personnel must be signed by the legal representative of the company/employer and a second person in charge.
- A DC-3 certificate signed by the trainer and by a representative of the company or employer, for each of the following activities:
(a) Handling of Heavy Machinery.
b) Work at Heights.
c) Hot Work, Welding and Cutting.
d) Work in Confined Spaces.
e) Handling of Hazardous Chemical Substances.
f) Electrical Work.
g) Handling of Forklifts.
- Designate a person responsible for filling out the forms, at the time of having the Induction course, the contractors must know who will be in charge and also send a test performed by the person who will be sent by a server.
- The COVID questionnaire is mandatory and will have to be filled out at the main guardhouse on the date of your induction.
- The training record must only be signed and with the name(s) of the person(s) attending the course.
*Attendees will have to be validated with the complete documentation (points 1 to 5 and 7) in order to reserve a place and have access to the course, once completed the confirmation will be provided as there is a maximum limit.
**The documents mentioned above will be received only via email to validate the information and generate the date of admission.
The subject line of the email should read ”Documents for Safety Induction” and the documents will be received in a single email.
***Send the documents in order to generate the course date and receive the confirmation and schedule them.
Please do it in advance to ensure not only the receipt, but its review in accordance with the request.
**** Strict compliance with all our hygiene measures is mandatory. The person responsible for each relationship must be in charge.
